Rhona Günhan, B.D.S., P.G. Cert in Healthcare Quality Improvement. Rhona is an Associate Dentist at The Dental Centre, Saltcoats, Scotland. A graduate of Dundee University, she works in a mixed NHS and private practice. Rhona has also worked as a social carer and as a dental hygienist, and has experience of care delivery in different settings. She has completed post-graduate study in Quality Improvement, and feels strongly that techniques developed in other healthcare settings are applicable to dental practice.
Cameron Stark, MB,ChB, MPH, MSc, MRCPsych, FFPH. Cameron is a part-time Lecturer and Visiting Reader at the University of the Highlands and Islands, where he teaches on the Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Quality Improvement. He is the author or editor of eight textbooks and over 60 peer-reviewed papers. His latest book is The Field Guide to Rapid Process Improvement Workshops in Healthcare.
